This is now Echo's official, canonical flight suit. It also servers as a mechanical counter-pressure vacuum suit, with boot and helmet attachments, as well as a sleeve for the tail. These are not normally worn by most pilots unless specifically going EVA, to include during flight, for the sake of comfort and ease of piloting. The suit is fitted with explosive compartments around the ankles and necks, similar to an airbag, that will deploy around the head and feet in the event of explosive decompression. The tail, seen as extraneous by engineers, is simply cut off, cauterized, and sealed, as a simpler solution to more rapidly save the pilot; a small price to pay for surviving a hit to a spacecraft.

For reference purposes, it's hard to see here because of the lighting highlights. But the suit is black, with a yellow stripe travelling up each side, and terminating at a darker black ring around the armpit. The yellow stripe is flanked by a thin silver stripe on either side.

If you're wondering why there's a new design, it's not because I wanted to. The suit design had to change, since I could not acquire full copyright ownership of the design I was using previously. It's rather unfortunate that I now have so much art of the old design, even though I can't use it. This suit was fully designed by me from scratch, so I own it in full. I've had to take that precaution with all my echoverse worldbuilding due to an issue I ran into last year, so there's been some other changes in works too for my other characters.
