Alexander "Alex" Rosemont is one of the deuteragonists of the Adventurous Pack segment of Outcasted. He labors as a clown at a local carnival, garnering a paycheck of $25/hour.

Alex is a 6'1" male anthropomorphic primarily white bird of an unknown species. He wears a straight pompadour that is primarily red with large white rounded streaks in the front and fanned-out chin-length hair in the back. His feathers are primarily white with four thick red stripes on his forearms and thighs. His beak, legs, and eyelids are silver-colored, and he possesses red circles on his cheeks. His eyes are light brown.

He primarily wears a light blue collared dress shirt with a navy blue vest and blue slacks with dark red vertical stripes on them.

Alex is able to be described as arrogant, cunning, selfish, reserved, skeptical, obnoxious, and highly depressed. He is typically grumpy on a daily basis as a result of harboring an occupation he despises, as well as harboring a painful childhood and teenage years. He dislikes children and the elderly and can be considered promiscuous.
