"The glasses stay on."
Ex-90's enthusiast, now thinks it's cringe. Raised in an upper-middle class family where they got pretty much all they wanted material wise. Focused their hobbies more towards sports and video games. Basically the cool friend.

Somewhat of a jock, Telly's actions speak louder than words, but his insight is also something to behold. His body is built to handle a little more physical damage than the standard issue model.
Action Package: Telly fires a single rocket towards an area. He can aim it near himself to propel into the air. Charging the rocket launcher causes it to fire four micro-rockets instead, which homes into enemies
Overdrive Ollie: Telly dashes on his skateboard, then does a kickflip into an ollie, reflecting projectiles
Double Dangers: Telly fires two slugs from his rocket pistols, knocking him backwards. Holding the trigger turns them into jet boosters
Tune In: Telly syncs up with an ally, causing the both of them to mimic each other's attacks and movements
Passive - Rule of Cool: Telly's skills knocks enemies airborne. In addition, his enemies explode once more as they land
Horizontal vents on the back sides of his head

Hangs around the house practicing tricks with his brother. He regrets imprinting his 90's interest on them when they were younger. Drives Cameron and Comhas around for their dates and gives them alone time when they need it. They go off thinking of what to do with their life, but they feel inadequate without someone to cheer them on. Their efforts to put on a cool front garners positive feedback from his friends, but Telly feels like it isn't genuine.
Cameron - Neighbor, like a younger brother
Comhas - Neighbor, fun to hang out with
Radio - Used to commit crimes with him, ceased contact after moving into the suburbs
