"It doesn't matter until it does."
Raised in a lower-middle class family, Cameron Sutter struggled to make himself relevant. His family paid more attention to his younger brother Aaron ever since they adopted him.
He seeks validation, and joins CORE’s military along with his closest neighbors, much to his grandfather’s disgust. Cameron resigns after his first mission outside of the domed city. His grand dad perished shortly after from a mafia attack. Camera takes up his old sniper rifle and tries to find a way outside again. Escaping the system is on his mind.
If nobody is going to give him recognition, he’s going to give them a reason to.
As far as skills go, Camera is completely average, since he was unable to afford a custom body frame, he’s stuck with a standard issue model. His creativity helps with leading his friends, though Camera finds himself more of a follower and does the bare minimum.
Regarding personality, Camera is rather reclusive and keeps to himself. He’s a little more loose around his friends who get a kick out of his unexpected, humorous side. A pessimist but persistent enough to see things through. Camera is quick to judge and keeps a grudge. It takes a while for him to open up but his need for affirmation makes him one of the most loyal companions one could have.
Flash Cannon/Horrific Vision: Camera fires his photon pistol, blinding targets in front of him. Stuns if fully charged / Camera blasts an area in front of him, slowing targets. Fears if fully charged
Flash Bang Canister/Repressed Despair: Camera hurls a grenade at a location, blinding enemies that were facing towards it / Camera lobs a dark sphere that reduces target's defense if hit
Refraction Cloak/Unseen Unknown: Camera becomes stealthed / Camera becomes invisible, nearby targets have their vision reduced. Camera's abilities are changed for the next few seconds
Photo Shot/Rooted Fear: Camera becomes immobile as he sets up a tripod laser sniper, gaining increased range and causing his projectiles to pierce through enemies / Camera becomes immobile as he pulls the surrounding area into the dream world, continuously manifesting physical nightmares inside
Passive - Creative AI/Darkroom Damnation: Camera periodically marks areas within range to reflect projectiles off of, dealing bonus damage to targets when he successfully hits them with these trick shots / upon reaching critical levels, nightmare fuel erupts from Camera's body, inflicting fear on nearby targets and darkening the area, Camera then continuously leaves a trail of nightmare fuel, damaging and slowing enemies

Cameron does not stay home often because he does not want to see his brother, who he has complicated feelings with. On one hand, he likes Aaron because of his cheerful personality. Cameron feels guilty about pushing him away but doesn't know how to tell his brother that he made his life a struggle for recognition.
