While Val and Ned are off doing who knows what, Sheila and Kara decided they should have a ladies night out for themselves.
Sheila is no stranger to strapping on some extra hardware, and it looks like Kara wanted to be shown how to use it too. Val shouldn't have anything to worry about... Sheila's a good teacher. Hopefully.
