This was made well before I decided to make Ned a shapeshifter. I've loved Icy-Marth's Drulttur dragon species for a long time, and just wanted to get Ned depicted as one lol.

I also really like Icy's OC Gwynn lol.

Also fun fact, these two are technically the same species. Just anthro and quadrupedal versions of the same.
