I have long loved Icy-Marth's OG felid dragon species called "Drultturs" and wanted one.
But I also didn't want to make a whole new OC so I'm giving Ned an alternate species to be portrayed as. He is first and formost a Mountain Lion, but every now and then he's gonna appear as he does here.
