Looks like someone tried to sneak up to Laura but instead hit one of her snares. Somebody should've told Ash to not sneak up on a lady. Now look where he is: caught up in her vines and exposed to her mercy as he also inhaled some of her pheromones.
Good for him that she has a good use for an assistant in her nature lab. He'll surely enjoy it and her blue rose just fits him as well.
